Waterproofing is only as good as the surface and junctions underneath it. We assess the area first, prepare and prime the substrate properly, then complete the membrane system with particular attention to corners, penetrations, wastes and other vulnerable junctions. If there is already a leak, we don’t want to simply seal over the symptom and hope for the best. We work through the likely source, determine what needs to come apart and rectify the underlying issue before the area is put back together.
